The medieval town of Aigues-Mortes, with its completely preserved city walls, is one of the most beautiful towns in the area.
Gudrun Bauer, who emigrated to France as a German over 45 years ago and runs her cozy Chambre d'hôtes "Farniente" in Aigues Mortes, is a real insider tip.
Our shooting locations can be reached in about 20 minutes and if you like you can also book various excursions with Gudrun.
During her excursions into the surrounding area, she will explain and show you everything you want to know about the 'Pétit-Camargue' and the Camargue.

Apartment in Saintes Maries
In Saintes Maries I can recommend a small apartment in a quiet area, which is nevertheless central and well located. The beach is only 10 minutes away on foot, and there is a marshland for photography in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is simply but practically furnished with a small front garden, a small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with Italian shower and a separate toilet. There is a pull-out couch so that up to four people can stay overnight. Air conditioning is available.

I know the owners very well. They have furnished the apartment in a functional and practical way. If you like it clean, quiet and yet centrally located, Morgane and Benoit are the right place for you.

A parking space is available free of charge directly in front of the apartment.
